Our Story
It all started with a swipe...
Jillian and Warren found each other through the beauty of the dating app that is meant to be deleted...also known as Hinge. Jillian and Warren initially traded pleasantries and small messages through Hinge for the first couple days. It was then that Jillian decided to be Jillian and sent a novel of a text message asking about all things Warren. Normally people either A) stop responding or B) just send small messages back. However Warren being the amazing human he is "matched Jillian's energy," and responded with a novel of his own. Jillian knew then that there was something special about this guy because he clearly was not scared off by a girl who knew how to talk...A LOT.
Soon after, Warren and Jillian decided to have their first date at Snooze. Warren was early and punctual and Jillian was running slightly late, which is still what happens to this day. They immediately hit it off and throughout brunch they both were amazed at how intentional, compassionate, authentic, and inquisitive the other person was. They both were asked questions that they never had been asked before on dates and both knew that they would see each other again after two and a half hours together. In fact as soon as the date ended, Jillian found herself calling her parents (who had left her for an international cruise #rude) and told them "I just met the guy who is going to be my best friend for the rest of my life." By the third date Jillian and Warren knew that they had found their person and the rest was history. Together, they have had endless memories, countless laughs, become the best of friends, and gone on many adventures. They bought their first house, adopted the cutest but sassiest kitten, and continued to parent the bestest dog in the world. They thank God everyday that they found each other and look forward to a life of laughs, adventures, and endless love.
